Abstract

The development of the prices of various commodities in May 2025 generally shows an increase. Based on the results of monitoring by BPS Sorong Municipality, in May 2025 there will be y-on-y inflation of 0.26 percent, or there will be an increase in the Consumer Price Index (CPI) from 104.23 in May 2024 to 104.50 in May 2025. The m-to-m inflation rate and y-to-d deflation rate were 0.05 percent and 0.67 percent, respectively.
