Abstract

Hotel Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) is a picture of the productivity of short-term accommodation service businesses. In March 2025, the TPK of Star Hotels in Sorong Municipality was recorded at 39.99 percent, this figure has decreased by 12.97 points month-to-month; the TPK of Non-Star Hotels is 24.74 percent, a month-to-month decrease of 3.02 points; while the Combined TPK is 36.22 percent or a month-to-month decrease of 10.81 points.
