Occupancy Rate of Star-rated Hotel Rooms in Sorong Municipality January - February 2025

Abstract

The Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) of Star Hotels in Sorong Municipality in January 2025 was 50.77 percent; the TPK of Non-Star Hotels was 36.51 percent; and the Combined TPK was 47.41 percent.

In February 2025, the Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) of Star Hotels in Sorong Municipality was 52.96 percent; the TPK of Non-Star Hotels was 27.76 percent; and the Combined TPK was 47.03 percent.

The Average Length of Stay (RLMT) of Combined Guests (Domestic and Foreign) in star hotels, in January 2025 was 1.80 days. While in February the Combined RLMT of Star Hotels was 1.69 days, or decreased by 0.11 points.
