Implementation of the 2024 SEP Field Data Collection in Sorong Municipality

Field implementation of the 2024 Agricultural Economic Survey (SEP) data collection activities at BPS Sorong Municipality has been running for 12 days. Supervision has also been carried out, with the aim of obtaining quality data. The purpose of SEP 2024 is to obtain information on the characteristics of agricultural business units, their income, expenditure, access to finance, insurance, and marketing, as well as obtaining SDGs indicators related to agriculture.

The benefit of the results of SEP 2024 activities is the availability of accurate and up-to-date agricultural economic data that can be used as a reference for the government and stakeholders in planning and formulating policies both for internal interests and for national development and knowing the welfare of farmers.
